Clean and comfortable hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Excellent value for money. - Convenient location for exploring nearby towns such as San Giminano and Siena.

Initial disappointment with the exterior appearance of the hotel building. The hotel and its decor may not appeal to younger guests.

Its a nice place to stay, the staff is helpfull and has a nice breakfast.

It's a new and very modern little hotel with comfortable but small rooms. The bathroom was perfect the staff was very kind and friendly.

The hotel is situated outskirts of Pompei, no asphalt road leads there, the houses nearby are similar as in a slam. The breakfast was poor.

The location is central. The hotel has a renowned attached restaurant with lovely staff.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff here truly goes above and beyond, providing service that is truly 5-star worthy. I felt incredibly well taken care of and would highly recommend this place to anyone. The restaurant is a must-try, as I had an amazing dinner at a great price. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch.

From the moment we first arrived the staff were extremely helpful. We stayed in a standard double room,and it was very comfortable, very clean, there was even a mini-bar and satellite tv. The restaurant was very good, with some lovely meals We had a extremely enjoyable stay at this hotel, but you would need a car.It is situated in central tuscany,which is ideal.

It is a modern looking and perfect property located in Val d'Elsa district next to wineries and glass factory outlets, train station and city center, and a street market. This hotel has particularly good location in an area that can be pricy🙂

The breakfast was delicious and satisfactory, we loved a wide range of meals. The staff are exceptionally nice, managed the parking on-site.- It boasts an unbeatable, convenient location near the Tuscany triangle San Gimignano, Firenze, and Siena and the castle called Cassero.

near the historic town center, the city itself is very small, but the views are magnificent. Near Siena and San dzhimilyano. Great breakfast has its own free parking

During our recent stay at Hotel Ristorante Alcide, we had a good dining experience at their restaurant. The seafood risotto was superb! The staff were always smiling and attentive, making our dining experience even better. We appreciate the considerate and helpful service that we received throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Given the price this is a really good choice; I will definitely come back. Even breakfast is good.

Good accommodation and very good cuisine.
